Talentroves Sports Management LLC is registered in the United States with a subsidiary in Nigeria. Our mission is to transform raw football talent into professional athletes by providing financial support, career management, and international exposure.
Our work goes beyond football. By sponsoring young athletes, Talentroves provides education, mentorship, healthcare, and hope. We are committed to using football as a tool for social transformation and community impact.

What we do
- Talent Identification: We scout promising players from grassroots and community football.
- Player Sponsorship: We cover academy registration, stipends, boots, healthcare, and insurance.
- Academy Partnerships: We collaborate with top academies in Nigeria.
- Career Management: We sign management agreements with players, guiding them through professional contracts, endorsements, and international transfers (in compliance with FIFA and NFF regulations).
- Global Connections: Through our U.S. base, we connect Nigerian talents to licensed FIFA agents, scouts, and clubs abroad.
